1. Agreement By paying a booking fee, you enter into a binding contract and agree to these terms and conditions​
The named person on the booking form accepts responsibility for all payments and conditions​
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the booking​

2. Booking Fee & Payments A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date​
Your date is not confirmed until the booking fee is received​
The booking fee will be deducted from the final amount due​
Final balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding date​
All payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash​
Late payments may result in cancellation of services​

3. Makeup Trials Makeup trials are highly recommended but not compulsory​
Trial appointments are scheduled after booking fee payment​
If you decline a trial, no refunds will be offered if the look does not meet expectations on the wedding day​
Cancellations within 24 hours of trial appointment are non-refundable​

4. Cancellation Policy All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable​
If you cancel your booking, all payments made are forfeited​
Cancellations must be communicated in writing​
The artist reserves the right to cancel in case of illness or emergency with full refund​

5. Client Obligations Preparation Requirements:

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin​
Hair must be clean and completely dry​
Skin should be moisturized before service​
Be on time for your scheduled appointment​
Disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities in advance​
Venue Requirements:

Provide adequate workspace with good lighting​
Ensure access to electrical outlets​
Provide hand-washing facilities nearby​
Maintain a safe and suitable working environment​
Bridal Party:

Ensure all party members are informed of the schedule​
All clients must be ready and available at their allocated times​
Services must be performed consecutively at the same location​

6. Service Delivery Services will be provided as per the agreed specification​
The artist uses reasonable care and skill in service delivery​
Service timing is estimated at 45-90 minutes per person​
The artist reserves the right to amend specifications to comply with legal requirements​
Changes to booking cannot be made once the artist arrives on-site​

7. Additional Charges

Travel:
Travel is complimentary within 15 miles of DY11
Additional mileage charged at £0.50 per mile thereafter
Destination wedding travel expenses must be covered by client
​ Timing:

Early start times before 5:00 AM incur unsociable hours fees​
Touch-up services later in the day are charged at hourly rates​
Additional Services:

Extra makeup services not in the original booking require prior approval and additional payment​
Additional artists or assistants are charged separately​

8. Liability
All makeup products and brushes are sanitized between applications​
The artist is not liable for allergic reactions to client-provided products​
The artist is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the client​
The artist will not be liable for events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)​
Professional liability insurance is maintained​

9. Behavior & Conduct
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to clients displaying rude, offensive, threatening, or abusive behavior without refund​
A respectful and professional environment must be maintained at all times​
Clients must fully cooperate with the artist regarding look decisions and planning​

10. Image Rights & Portfolio Use
The artist may use photographs from your session for promotional purposes with your written consent​
You may withdraw consent for image usage at any time​
Images may be used on the website, social media, and marketing materials​

11. Force Majeure
The artist is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including illness, accidents, severe weather, or travel disruptions​
In such cases, a full refund will be provided​
12. Schedule Changes
Any changes to the wedding date must be communicated immediately​
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees​
Last-minute changes may not be accommodated​

13. Delays & Time Management
Delays caused by the client may impact the overall timeline​
The artist is not responsible for incomplete services due to client lateness​
Additional time required due to client delays will be charged at hourly rates​
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation​
These terms are governed by the laws of India​
Legal proceedings must be conducted in local jurisdiction​

15. Amendments
The artist reserves the right to update these terms at any time​
Clients will be notified of significant changes​
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms​
